Main Features

The Premix Machine consists of the following for the optimized yield and quality powder preparation.

The formulated raw powder is poured into the Blender sequentially to shorten on the blending time and achive better blend to the powder. Upon finishing the blending, the machine operator may open the sliding door located at the bottom of the Blender to discharge the blended powder to the Conveyor A and transfer to the Silo. The Silo will store the blended powder and act as a buffering station to control the feed rate over the Siever. The Rotary Valte at the bottom of the Silo is to control the stored powder to be transferred to the Siever orderly. Siever is then sieving the incoming powder and separates the fine and coarse powder apart. And the screw conveyor at the bottom of the Siever will then transfer the siever powder for packing and ready for coils production.

Functionality

It served as a temporary storage for the blended powder and the buffering equipment for the Siever.
You may achieve better sieve quality by controlling the teed rate to the Siever according to the material compound. The side mounted Vibration motor to be applied while the blended powder is stacked et the wall side.

Functionality

The Siever is to sieve and separate the coarse and fine blended powder with the designated mesh density. The coarse powder or residue may be separated into the trash bag, and the fine blended powder may be stored at the bottom of the Siever Hopper and transfer by the screw conveyor at the bottom of the machine to the packing bag.
